1. Who handles your data
Grupo Soluto is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, that is, the party that decides on that processing. Address: Rua Arnaldo Roque Brisque, 174, Vista Alegre, Vinhedo, São Paulo, 13285-328.
For any privacy matter, including reaching the data protection officer (encarregado), write to contato@gruposoluto.com.br.
2. Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you write. When you send it, these details are recorded so the group can reply, and then your email app opens with the message ready. The contact record is linked to the visit in which it was sent, together with the page it came from, how the visit arrived and the approximate location.
Browsing: pages and sections visited, scroll depth, reading time, clicks on contact channels and external links, where the visit came from (referring site and campaign parameters), language, page performance metrics, browser data (user agent) and approximate location (country, state and city), estimated from the IP (Internet Protocol) address.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include any in your message.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To reply to your contact and carry on the conversation you started, based on the group's legitimate interest in answering those who reach out (art. 7, IX, of Brazil's General Data Protection Law, LGPD).
To measure how the website is used, fix problems and improve content, also based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), using only the browsing data described above.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. During a visit, the browser keeps only a technical flag in session storage (sessionStorage) that does not identify you and is cleared when the tab is closed; it prevents the origin of the same visit from being recorded twice.
The headquarters map in the footer comes from Google Maps. What Google reads or stores in the browser to show it follows the Google Privacy Policy, described under “Who we share it with”.
5. Who we share it with
Form and browsing data are recorded on Pixoom Platform, a tool of Pixoom, a group company, which processes them on behalf of Grupo Soluto.
Your request may be forwarded to the group company responsible for the subject (Soluto Regulatórios, Ávita Care, Pixoom or Évira Pharma) so that it can reply.
The website is hosted on servers of a provider hired by the group. Data may be disclosed to authorities when the law requires it.
The headquarters map in the footer comes from Google Maps, a Google service. It loads on its own when the footer comes close to the screen; from then on, the browser connects to Google's servers, which receive technical data about the visit, such as the IP address and browser details, and handle it under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The group does not pass the form or browsing data described above to Google.
6. How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as needed to answer your request and continue the conversation you started; after that it is deleted, unless the law requires it to be kept (art. 16 of the LGPD).
Browsing data does not rely on a persistent identifier: the IP address is used only to estimate location and to form a visit code that changes every day, and it is not stored with that data. The same person is not recognized from one day to the next.
Browsing data is deleted after 13 months. Only daily totals remain, such as the number of visits to each page, and they do not identify anyone; what comes with a submitted contact follows the period for form data.
The server's technical records (access logs), which include the IP address, are kept for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
7. How we protect it
The connection to the website is always encrypted with Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), and access to recorded data is restricted to authorized people in the group.
No system is immune to incidents. If an incident may bring relevant risk or harm, we will notify Brazil's National Data Protection Agency (ANPD) and the affected data subjects, as the law requires (art. 48).
8. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about who we share it with; and deletion of data processed with consent, as well as withdrawal of consent when it is the basis of the processing.
You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest if you believe it breaches the law (art. 18, § 2).
To exercise these rights, write to contato@gruposoluto.com.br. You may also petition Brazil's National Data Protection Agency (ANPD) (art. 18, § 1).
9. External links
Links to other websites (such as those of the group's companies, YouTube, maps and public bodies) lead to pages with their own policies, which apply from there on.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the version in force.
